The ten stroke roll is four double strokes followed by two accented singles, right then left. The double accent at the end gives it a sharp, clipped ending.

Capital letters are main notes. Small letters are grace notes played just before the main note.
How to practice it
Play it at a slow tempo with the click, counting out loud.
Listen for evenness: every double should have two equal notes.
Raise the tempo 5 BPM at a time. When it gets messy, drop back 10.
Keep the two final accents the same height. It is easy to make the right louder than the left.
Where you will use it
The two accents at the end make it a good fill for kicks and stops, where the band hits together.
